Service Description
PC Problem Solving Store's policy about Free Diagnostic: 1. For hardware issues and faulty parts, our free diagnostic service can be availed over the phone or in-store. In such cases, we may anticipate that 2 - 3 parts need to be replaced. 2. If we diagnose the problem and successfully resolve it without replacing any parts, there will be a flat fee of $145. This fee covers the hands-on work required to fix hardware issues, which involves opening and working on the laptop or gaming PC for a certain duration. 3. If you want to know the exact faulty part and require our engineering expertise, we charge an hourly fee of $75 for this service. The complexity of the issue may take up to three hours of our engineering work. 4. If you decide to change the faulty parts with us, we will inform you about the prices for the parts and the labor fee beforehand.
